ANNOUNCEMENT OF SOLE FINALIST FOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR POSITION FRASER RIVER VALLEY HOUSING PARTNERSHIP

In accordance with the provisions of Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(3.5), the Fraser River Valley Housing Partnership (FRVHP) Board of Directors hereby announces the selection of the sole finalist for the position of Executive Director.

After a competitive search process, the FRVHP Board of Directors has narrowed its search to one finalist, Rob Clemens. Rob Clemens currently serves in the role of Finance Director, for the Town of Fraser where he has managed finances, human resources, risk management, and attainable housing programs. In addition to his current role, Rob Clemens possesses extensive experience leading educational organizations. He served as the Executive Director of Operations at Johnson & Wales University, where he oversaw business operations, information technology, purchasing, accounting, human resources, risk management, and communications. Rob also previously served as Executive Director at Monarch Montessori of Denver where he led both a preschool program and an elementary school. 

With his expertise in operations, financial management, and strategic planning, the board of the Fraser River Valley Housing Partnership is confident Rob can lead the newly formed Housing Partnership.

Please note board action on the approval of an employment agreement with Rob Clemens as the Executive Director of Fraser River Valley Housing Partnership will take place at the July 24th regular meeting at 3:00 pm.
